On the corner of University Avenue and Fairview Avenue. 1/4 mile west of the Snelling Avenue Exit of 94 and 1 mile east of the 280 exit of 94.

From the east or west off Hwy I-94

• Take the MN-280/University Avenue exit.
• Take the exit toward University Avenue and go straight through 2 lights – Franklin and University.
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Territorial Road.
• Turn right onto Westgate Drive and take a right into the parking lot at 1000 Westgate Drive.
• Park in any of the convenient open spaces in the lot, and come up to the 2nd floor to Suite 252.

From the North - I-35W

• Merge onto MN-280 via exit number 23A.
• Take the exit toward Territorial Road/University Avenue.
• At the first stoplight, turn right onto Territorial Road.
• Turn right onto Westgate Drive and take a right into the parking lot at 1000 Westgate Drive.
• Park in any of the convenient open spaces in the lot, and come up to the 2nd floor to Suite 252.
